Challenge
Allow natural-language questions about the ERP, with permissions and audit, without giving the model direct database access.
Solution
The model can only call permitted tools: 7 read-only tools and 3 domain skills. Every answer shows where the figure came from and every query is audited, without storing the conversation text.
